The Role:
- Advising and defending on medical negligence claims.
- To both maintain and develop close relations with their clients.
- To be a key component in the promotion of the firm through business development and networking.
- Assist both the associates and partners with the daily running of the office and to oversee the administrative tasks as and when appropriate.
- To handle any confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.
Experience:
- 3-5 years PQE.
- Medical Negligence experience is essential.
- Previous experience using different forms of dispute resolution.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Flexible approach to the implementation of new initiatives.
- Good team player, experience training and supervising less experienced staff members.
- Good communicator with a strong ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
