Medipharm is an innovative and growing pharmacy group with stores located across Dublin. We are seeking a full time Pharmacy/Dispensary Technician to join our Dundrum dispensary team.

The successful candidate should;

  • have outstanding customer service skills
  • have previous retail experience, pharmacy retail an advantage
  • have a good knowledge of OTC products
  • Previous Dispensary experience a plus
  • Knowledge of MPS dispensing software a positive
  • have experience in skincare and other pharmacy retail lines
  • have fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • be willing to work as part of a team but also able to take initiative
  • be flexible and willing to learn
  • strive for continuous improvement
  • have an enthusiastic and positive attitude to work

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service based on product knowledge and customer requirements
  • Maintain records and documentation to support the management team as required
  • Maintaining stock levels and merchandising for the shop
  • Assist in prescription preparation and dispensary workflow
  • Ensuring the tidiness of the shop is to a high standard
  • Building and sustaining positive relationships with our customers

Experience:

  • Previous dispensary experience is essential
  • Previous pharmacy experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of MPS and Dispensary process beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
