Responsibilities
  • Be able to take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high level of food safety is maintained
  • Be responsible for running a section during the day to day service; sections will alternate for your personal development
  • Have a good knowledge & understanding on food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety
  • Be committed to delivering first class service
  • Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
  • Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Requirements
  • Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for pastry
  • Strong knowledge of pastry, modern techniques, and food safety
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
