Our client, one of the largest planning, landscape, and environment specialists, is seeking a qualified Executive Planner to join their team based in Ranelagh, Dublin.

This role goes beyond day-to-day planning, providing opportunities to engage in master planning, forward planning, policy development, and client liaison across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

  1. As an Executive Planner, you will be involved in a variety of projects, including:
  2. Large-scale residential, commercial, and retail developments
  3. Town regeneration initiatives
  4. Tourism and master planning projects
  5. Environmental and policy planning
  6. You will work closely within multidisciplinary teams, contributing expertise while continuing to develop your professional skills.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of post-graduate experience in planning
  2. A recognized planning qualification (IPI, RTPI, or equivalent)
  3. Proven experience in development planning, feasibility analysis, environmental planning, and planning applications
  4. Ability to work across public and private sector projects
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite
  6. Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills
  7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  8. Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
