Our client, a leading specialist in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and main building construction, is seeking a talented Pre Construction Planner to join their team. As a Pre Construction Planner, you will play a crucial role in the initial phases of projects, contributing to their overall success and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning.
  • Develop comprehensive pre-construction plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Analyse project specifications and constraints to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Utilize industry-leading software and tools for project planning and scheduling.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to project management teams and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in pre-construction planning within the M&E and main building construction industry.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
