What We Are Looking For...

Responsibilities:

  • COMMUNICATION: Set up team briefs, communicate store actions and targets, check business communication channels, delegate accountabilities, champion business initiatives, lead store visits effectively.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS: Improve customer culture, drive conversion and service KPIs, adapt approaches to meet customer needs.
  • OPERATIONS: Ensure a safe working environment, support health & safety training, manage stock and promotional activities, drive productivity, complete replenishment checks, identify product opportunities.
  • VISUAL & COMMERCIAL: Maintain store layouts, conduct walkthroughs, analyze data for opportunities, understand store performance.
  • PEOPLE: Support recruitment, develop and coach team members, handle difficult conversations, support a culture of recognition and inclusion.
  • COST & BUDGETING: Monitor store performance, control costs, ensure adequate staffing levels.
