Your role within the Neurovascular team is to maintain and develop business with all customers in the defined sales district by providing excellent technical support, training, and education to the customers, to ensure meeting or exceeding of targets by representing the company in accordance with its policies and enhancing Medtronic's reputation in the market. This role will cover the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and will require having a valid driver's license. Some international travel will also be expected.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Provide high quality clinical support for defined area case coverage and support of interventional procedures (as well as occasional coverage outside area if required)* Plan and support clinical and technical training and education programs with review and input from Sales Manager and staff in the region as well as other functional groups, i.e., marketing, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical, education etc., consistent with the District Business Plan* Support marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies* Capture in SFDC case coverage and interactions for all accounts, market and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion* Complete immediately and accurately all reports of customer or product related events in accordance with policies* Attend all required regional and national meetings**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, or another relevant advanced qualification preferred* Experience in a clinical radiology setting and/or a background in neuroscience* Previous experience in training and education* Ability to work independently on tasks and projects, while also contributing effectively as part of a larger team* Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule**Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.# **Benefits & Compensation****Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
