Overview

HR Business Manager Grade VII — Permanent Full Time Contract. Location: Human Resources Department, 1st Floor, Blackberry Park, Ballykeeffe, Dock Road, Limerick.

Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
  • Have significant HR experience in managing and/or delivering a complex service within the area of health or social care or comparative relevant experience.
  • A proven track record of delivering HR support to staff.
  • HR experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations, information analysis and/or project implementation.
  • The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
Desirable
  • Third level degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Experience of supervising staff.
  • Experience of managing and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines/competing demands.
  • Knowledge of the HR Management System data to provide meaningful reports to support key stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience with training and development initiatives and delivery.
  • Experience gained in a unionised environment.
