Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Engaging in friendly conversations with residents while cleaning their rooms
  • Performing cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
  • Ensuring all rooms meet cleanliness standards
  • Protecting equipment and reporting damages or issues
  • Handling complaints or requests professionally and patiently
  • Checking and replenishing stock levels of consumables
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship with the right to work)
