Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

Our SaaS platform provides the most complete club and member management solution in the fitness industry, from revenue cycle management and insights that optimize performance to highly personalized member experiences. THE TEAM:

Our Global Commerce team manages $12 billion annually via a cloud-native platform tailored to the fitness industry. With ABC point-of-sale solutions, businesses enhance in-club experiences, expand online sales, and enable mobile payments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Understand user needs, develop long-term product plans, and define product features that address those needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to research, document, and deeply understand customer needs in Payments and Billing, designing and deploying new payments experiences.
  • Engage clients, understand market trends and the competitive landscape to translate insights into differentiating product capabilities and features.
  • Define product requirements, provide clear prioritization, and support decisions related to development sequencing.
  • Participate in roadmap planning, development reviews, and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new products, features, and functionality to support growth and industry-best user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop product documentation and materials.
  • Use metrics and analytics to guide product optimization and measure success.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to understand Payment Partners APIs and processing capabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1-2 years of product management experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success and execution track record in building and sustaining scalable technology products.
  • Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management.
  • Experience working on payments or billing products with developer interfaces.
  • Experience successfully building and launching products and services.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
  • Payments and/or eCommerce.
  • Mobile device management.
  • Subscription billing.
  • Software product lifecycle management.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Product Management, or Business Management.
