Job Information

Job Title: Senior Surveyor

Location: 3rd Floor Connaught House, 1 Burlington Road, Dublin 4, D04 C5Y6

Reports to: Head of Tenant Rep

What You'll Do:
  1. Join Ireland's largest Tenant Representation team, working with a diverse range of multinational and domestic clients.
  2. Support the team on lease and freehold acquisitions for office occupier clients.
  3. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
  4. Enjoy a role that offers a balance of career support and autonomy.
What You'll Need:
  1. Highly competent and ambitious with strong attention to detail.
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years' commercial property experience, ideally with knowledge of the Office Market.
  3. SCSI APC qualified.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook.
  5. Experience in financial analysis and modelling.
  6. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
