We are now recruiting for a Full-Time Front of House Manager to join the team.
The Front of House team are the heartbeat of the hotel - they are the first to welcome guests to Adare Manor, they are the 'go to' team for all Resort information and knowledge and respond to guest queries throughout. Their professional attention to minutest of details help to ensure that all of our guest's experiences at Adare Manor are seamless and memorable.
The Front of House Manager must be an intuitive hospitality professional with a naturally warm and engaging personality. The successful candidate will possess inspirational leadership skills and a strong drive to always go 'Beyond Everything' for our guests and their team.
From a professional perspective he/she must already have Front of House management experience, have excellent organisational skills, be a strong communicator and talented relationship builder with proven ability in managing highly demanding and pressured front office departments in comparable 5 star/luxury hotels. Fluent English in both oral and written communications, coupled with excellent computer skills are essential.
