Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle maintenance, power tools, diesel engines as well as small engine/landscape equipment repair. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
  
• Diagnose and repair engine issues using diagnostic tools
  
• Inspect and repair brakes, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and other vital parts of diesel vehicles
  
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed
  
• Conduct inspections and test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality
  
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed
  
• Experience in small engine repair and lawn equipment maintenance required
  

Qualifications

• CDL A with Manual Transmission
  
• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
  
• Knowledge of diesel engines, air brakes, shocks struts, and tractor-trailer systems
  
• Ability to use power tools effectively
  
• Forklift & Loader experience required
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  

Hours

Hours Monday - Friday 4 PM - Midnight with Rotating Weekends (On-Call)

Pay

Pay: $ $32.00 per hour (Pay rate depending on experience)
