Top Rates Paid Based On Experience

Full-time | Minimum 40 hours/week

20 days paid holidays per year + bank holidays

About The Role

AtGrass Technology Ltd, we are expanding our production team and looking for skilled and motivated Welders/Fabricatorsto join us on the shop floor. You will be working as part of a tight-knit and supportive team, manufacturing award-winning agricultural machinery that is trusted by farmers across Ireland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding and fabrication of agricultural machinery (Zero Grazers, Tankers, etc.)
• Working from technical drawings and plans
• Assembling machinery components with attention to accuracy and safety
• Contributing to daily/weekly team targets and production goals
• Collaborating with engineers and the production supervisor to ensure quality builds
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and efficient

Who Were Looking For

• Ideally 12 years' experience in welding or fabrication (but were open to training the right candidate)
• Ability to read basic drawings (or willing to learn)
• Hard-working, honest, and eager to improve
• Team player with a good attitude and strong attention to detail
• Someone who wants more than just a job a place to belong, grow and thrive
