Overview

Retail Betting Assistant role at Paddy Power. Starting salary: €14.00 per hour. Training provided if you have not worked in the betting industry before; attitude matters and you can join to apply.

Your role in the team: you will be the welcoming host for customers in our retail shops, ensuring an outstanding experience, engaging warmly, and promoting our online and retail products and services. You will help create a friendly atmosphere and contribute to delivering outstanding hospitality in the dynamic world of retail betting.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers to place bets through various channels, including betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
  • Maintaining excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere
  • Stepping up and guiding operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager to ensure smooth shop functioning
  • Adapting to different situations while staying customer-focused
  • Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
