We are hiring an OTC Sales Assistant to join our team in our Castletroy Pharmacy. We have full position available and must be available mid-week.

The main duties of this role will include the following:

• Increase OTC sales through link selling.
• Advise and assist customers with all store products.
• Engage actively with customers and provide a high standard in customer service.
• Stock management & product knowledge.
• Till duties.

Beneficial Criteria:

• Previous OTC sales and customer service experience an advantage.
• Previous cosmetic experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Keen interest in sales and retail pharmacy.
