Job Description:Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced Registered Nurse Managers for the role of Director of Nursing for a nursing home in South Dublin. This home is part of a group known for high standards of person-centred care and offers excellent career opportunities.
Previous relevant aged care experience at a senior level is essential. An excellent remuneration package is available for this role.
To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Nursing Management position in Elderly Care (within the last 6 years).
- Currently registered with NMBI.
- Proven track record of clinical, leadership, and people skills.
- Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards, regulations, and the 'HEALTH ACT'.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven decision-making ability.
- Qualification in Gerontology is desirable.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
