Our client is an international design-led architectural practice that prioritises designing places that make a positive difference in the world. With a project pipeline across Ireland & Europe, they are known for designing renowned buildings across a diverse range of sectors.

This award-winning practice has contributed to some of the most talked about projects in Europe in the recent past. They are keen to speak to talented Design Management Professionals as they look to expand their service offering.

The Role:

This role involves leading multiple projects, managing teams and resources, and guiding consulting partners to deliver successful outcomes. Key duties include advising clients throughout all project stages, delivering approved design solutions, and ensuring clear communication between client and project teams. The position also requires strong architectural and technical expertise to translate design concepts into detailed, budget-aligned solutions. Responsibilities include contract administration, coordinating design and construction teams, site visits for technical support, and reporting on project status and resource needs to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Third Level Qualification in Architecture/Engineering
  • 7+ years experience delivering significant projects
  • Previous experience in delivering Data Centre/Pharma/Life Sciences is highly beneficial
  • Exposure to client-facing roles
  • Ability to analyse delivery strategies and align project execution with client goals
  • Ability to lead projects from cradle to grave
  • Capacity to manage internal and external resources effectively
  • Prioritize meeting the client's needs to ensure repeat business

Package:

Strong base salary on offer, along with discretionary bonus and hybrid working, amongst other perks.
