This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior professional looking to advance their career in a well-established Irish organization known for its excellence. As a CRM Data Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, data analytics, and automation, all while working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

In this role, you will work with Aptify, Power BI, and Excel, extracting and analyzing data to provide key business insights. You will play an essential role in maintaining and improving automation systems, identifying trends, and assisting team members with data-related queries.

This position is perfect for someone eager to learn, develop, and take on new challenges in a dynamic setting

You will:

  • Manage and optimize reports and automation systems using Power BI.
  • Extract and analyze data from Aptify to provide actionable insights.
  • Identify trends in member behaviors to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist team members with reporting and data-related queries.
  • Improve automation processes to enhance efficiency.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and VBA.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary / Remuneration:

€40,000 – €46,000

Paid sick leave, 20-day AL, pension plan, discount on gym, 5% bonus
