Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Business Broker to join our high-performing team. This is a dynamic, client-facing role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is passionate about helping others achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers and sellers in business sale transactions across a variety of industries.
  • Prospect, identify, and engage with business owners to secure exclusive listings.
  • Conduct business valuations and prepare professional marketing materials.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from client onboarding and due diligence to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and professional advisors.
  • Stay informed about market trends, valuation methods, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales or business development experience (ideally B2B or consultative sales).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
  • Comfortable handling multiple deals and clients simultaneously.
  • Financial literacy and commercial acumen are essential.
  • Prior experience in business ownership, brokerage, or M&A is a plus but not required.
