ResponsibilitiesDepth & breadth of experience in supporting children and young people with an intellectual disability and/or complex needs and their families/carers. Provide a holistic, person-centred approach in advising, assessing, and empowering individuals and their families and carers as part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team. Provide leadership and guidance to PQSWs and others as part of the team.
Qualifications and SkillsDepth & breadth of experience in supporting children and young people with intellectual disability and/or complex needs; ability to work holistically with individuals and families, and to provide leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
