O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Civils Site Manager for our client. The Site Manager will join their team on a project based in Dublin. The successful candidate must have site supervision experience, external works experience is essential along with a strong knowledge of the latest building regulations. An Immediate start is available.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the construction on site
- Ability to oversee all external finishing works & drainage to the highest of quality
- Maintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
- Attending weekly management team meeting for the construction team
- Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
- Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards
- Great attention to detail
Requirements:
- Site supervision experience with a trades background.
- Must have external works experience
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
- Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives.
