Overview

OTC Sales Assistant - Laois Shopping Centre. McCabes Pharmacy, part of PHX Ireland. This is a permanent, full-time position. We are hiring an OTC Sales Assistant to join our team in our Laois Shopping Centre pharmacy.

Responsibilities
  • Increase OTC sales through link selling.
  • Advise and assist customers with all store products.
  • Engage actively with customers and provide a high standard of customer service.
  • Stock management and product knowledge.
  • Till duties.

  • Ability to build rapport with customers and encourage repeat visits.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with all team members in the pharmacy.

Beneficial Criteria
  • Previous OTC sales and customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest in sales and retail pharmacy.
