About the Role:

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant & Content Creator to join our team. If you love creating content, thrive on social media, and want to be part of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same - this could be your dream role.

This is a full-time role (4-5 days/week) based in our Temple Bar office, with occasional weekend content shoots or promo work.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Curating and writing engaging weekly newsletters
  • Promoting events across multiple social media platforms
  • Designing graphics for events, promotions, and web use
  • Managing and growing our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, and more)
  • Filming at events and editing content for reels & posts
  • Brainstorming fresh ideas with a team that values creativity
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in content creation and managing social media accounts
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written English
  • Knowledge of SEO & social media trends
  • A self-starter with a team spirit and a creative mindset
Nice to Have:
  • Experience writing newsletters, blogs, or long-form content
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
