About the roleOur Store Managers are fully accountable for everything in their stores. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating your team to excel
- Coaching and mentoring
- Driving customer service through team engagement and product knowledge
- Maximising sales potential and profitability, driving KPIs
- Delivering high standards
- Visual merchandising and product launches
- Being a Brand Ambassador
We are looking for someone with:
- Retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent people skills with a proven leadership record
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A passion for selling and customer engagement
- Commercial awareness and success
- Recognition of visual merchandising importance
- Market awareness
- Clothing experience (desirable)
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
