Overview

Software Inside Sales Representative Benelux & Nordics role at One Identity/Quest (as described in the source). Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Benelux & Nordics region.
  • Create and execute a territory plan, including targeted account plans and strategic action plans.
  • Develop the region quickly using past experiences and networks.
  • Manage complex sales involving large companies and multiple products across business units with accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within accounts to ensure cross-sell opportunities and partnerships.
  • Understand customers' business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies through consultative selling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners to define strategic action plans.
  • Travel to customer, partner, and event locations as needed.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned annual sales targets and objectives through a channel-first strategy; schedule 15–20 meetings per week; lead the sales process with internal resources.
  • Analyze market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities; monitor account performance and provide regular reports; relay client needs to inform product development and marketing.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in data management, software, or IT.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems.
  • Strong channel management experience.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
