Know the RoleNARS in our Brown Thomas Grafton Street store are currently looking for a Makeup Artist to join their team on 15 hour (over 2 days) on a fixed term contract until 2026. The desired candidate will possess a passion for creative beauty, be target driven and customer service orientated, experience in a retail environment is preferable but not strictly related to.
Know What Were Looking For- Strong sales ability and excellent communication skills; able to motivate and engage customers and colleagues.
- Highly organized with a good understanding of the retail environment and KPI/sales target orientation.
- Positive mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High degree of confidence in makeup application and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
