Overview

Our client, a specialist law firm based in Dublin City, is looking for a capable property solicitor with 2+ years PQE in residential and commercial property. For more information, call Cormac Spencer on 01 845 4651.

Salary: to €90k

Total Package: Up to €120k

Position

Director at Link Personnel Services - Offering Recruitment, Search, Selection, and Consultancy Services Across Ireland

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
  • Conduct thorough title investigations, including reviewing planning searches, title deeds, and mortgage documentation.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Utilize case management and financial systems to maintain accurate records and meet compliance obligations.
  • Advise clients on Stamp Duty regulations and taxation implications in property transactions.
  • Ensure the efficient and timely progression of all matters, meeting both client and regulatory deadlines.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing, with experience in both residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of property law, including Stamp Duty regulations and tax implications in property transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to quickly develop rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with excellent academic credentials.
  • Must be currently qualified to practice law in Ireland.
