This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity (maternity cover) based in Rathfarnham, Dublin (3+ days onsite per week).

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deploy new IT equipment for users and assist in the deployment of hardware.
Troubleshooting and support for end users.
Assist with administering and maintaining systems support for software, hardware, and servers: test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems.
Configure, monitor, and maintain updated virus protection software.
Assist with administering and maintaining Active Directory, Azure AD (maintain user accounts, group membership, application registration) and Microsoft 365 Management
Proactively monitor company infrastructure and discuss improvements with the team.
Expand and update SOPs and the internal knowledge base.
Perform regular audits of user/group permissions and memberships.
Verify company inventory at regular intervals.

Requirements:

Knowledge of operating systems: Windows 11,10 – a must, Linux – nice to have.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and higher
Microsoft 365 Management Experience
An understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP/S, VPN and DNS to debug and troubleshoot common problems in networking.
Ability to rack, install, configure and maintain computer systems and other information technology infrastructure.
Knowledge of firewalls, routing, and IT security.
