Overview

We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Dublin for a solicitor to join their Regulatory & Investigations team.

The successful candidate will join an established Regulatory & Investigations team, advising both public and private sector clients on a wide range of issues including statutory interpretation, domestic and EU legislation, data protection, privacy and more.

Responsibilities
  • Draft legal opinions, pleadings, submissions, and regulatory policies.
  • Advise on statutory and regulatory investigations and public inquiries.
  • Assist in providing advice to public and private sector clients on issues including statutory interpretation, domestic and EU legislation, data protection and privacy.
Qualifications
  • 4-5 years' PQE
  • Public or regulatory law experience
  • Client-focused
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Team player
  • Technically excellent
