With verticals across Wealth Management, Real Estate, and Venture Capital, they empower clients to build diversified portfolios and unlock long-term value through non-traditional investments.

Their marketing team is agile, collaborative, and growth-focused, driving strategy and execution across all brand touchpoints.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join on a contract basis. You'll take ownership of digital initiatives for the Wealth Management division, with additional contributions to Real Estate and Venture where needed.

Ideal for someone with financial services experience (preferably in a regulated setting), you'll be central to executing campaigns, building brand equity, and driving lead generation through high-quality, compliant content.

What You'll Do

  • Digital Strategy & Campaigns: Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, email, and website channels to grow brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling, compliant, and engaging content tailored to a high-net-worth audience.
  • Brand Management: Support the consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all divisions.
  • Community & Engagement: Build and nurture digital communities, supporting lead generation and stakeholder engagement.
  • SEO & Performance: Drive performance marketing through SEO, analytics, and paid campaigns.
  • CRM & Automation: Use platforms like Salesforce and Pardot to streamline communications, track engagement, and enhance client journeys.
  • Compliance: Ensure all communications meet relevant financial regulations and brand standards.
  • Analytics: Report on key metrics and optimise strategies based on insights and performance.

About You

  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, SEO or social media marketing
  • Sector experience: Candidates must have experience working within a regulated environment, ideally within wealth management, asset/fund management, or financial services.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing within a regulated environment. Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot), SEO best practices, and performance analytics.
  • Content Savvy: Skilled in crafting financial content that connects with high-net-worth and corporate audiences.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: Comfortable leading strategy but also rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • Collaborative: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including investment professionals and compliance stakeholders.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar. A Master's is a plus.
