Are you a passionate engineer looking for your next challenge? Join us at Design ID and lead the way in project delivery and team management, across a variety of sectors that we work in In this role, you'll coordinate project teams, provide technical problem solving and innovation, and ensure project quality for our clients.

To thrive as a Senior Civil/Infrastructure Engineer, you'll need excellent software skills specific to structural, civil or geotechnical design, along with experience in project management and technical delivery. You'll be a natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, able to manage deadlines and budgets effectively. You would have a minimum CEng qualification and 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Railway Infrastructure Projects in Northern Ireland with Translink, Iarnród Éireann in Ireland and in the UK with Network Rail
  • Bespoke Architecturally Challenging Footbridge Projects

  • Civil Engineering Path Developments across Ireland (Woodland Trust, National Trust, Outdoor Recreation NI)
  • Geotechnical Engineering (Basements, Retaining Structures, Temporary Works, Slope Stability)
  • Smaller bespoke projects (Temporary Works, Construction Feasibility, Tender Designs & advice)
  • Industrial Clients in the private sector (Factories, Power Stations, Data Centres)
  • Projects vary from scheme design through to providing construction presence, and.
