An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking Associate to join a leading law firm's top-tier Banking & Finance team. The successful candidate will have at least five years' post-qualification experience advising on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

You will work alongside market-leading partners and have exposure to high-profile clients across the banking, corporate, and private equity sectors.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in a banking/finance team of a leading firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of finance law and transactional experience.
  • Experience working on lender-side mandates (for domestic and/or international financial institutions) is preferred; borrower-side experience also valuable.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Commercial acumen and an enthusiastic, team-oriented approach.
  • A strong academic record and excellent communication skills.
