Role SummaryAs the Site Lead for JLL Life Sciences at our client\'s pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Ireland, you will provide strategic leadership for this high-visibility site within our global account portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Account Director, you will oversee soft service teams along with the Utilities and Building Facilities Management (BFM) team to ensure GxP-compliant operations, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This pivotal leadership role requires a seasoned professional who can balance technical pharmaceutical manufacturing expertise with strong people management skills while supporting our client\'s strict regulatory compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Site Leadership & Operational Excellence: Develop and implement site-specific strategic plans aligned with both JLL and client corporate objectives; Drive operational excellence through efficient facility management practices and process optimization; Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators related to service delivery, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency; Lead the Utilities and BFM teams in maintaining critical infrastructure to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations; Ensure business continuity through effective risk management strategies and contingency planning.
- Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Support client adherence to EU GMP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements; Serve as the primary JLL representative during client regulatory inspections and audits; Implement quality management systems and compliance initiatives for facility operations; Ensure proper documentation practices throughout all JLL-managed operations; Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Financial & Resource Management: Develop and manage annual site budgets, service delivery planning, and resource allocation; Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance standards; Optimize resource utilization across service teams to maximize efficiency; Report on financial performance metrics to JLL regional leadership and client stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of JLL professionals across multiple technical disciplines; Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence; Drive employee engagement initiatives and talent development programs; Manage performance review processes and succession planning; Promote safety awareness and maintain a safety-first culture throughout JLL operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build effective working relationships with client stakeholders across their global operations; Interface with JLL account management team to align site activities with client objectives; Collaborate with client quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and R&D departments; Represent JLL at client partnership meetings and strategic planning sessions; Lead implementation of service enhancements and process improvements; Manage organizational change with minimal disruption to client operations; Identify opportunities.
