They have a proven track-record in delivering exceptional Buildings for 2 decades, offering services from Master-planning through to Interior Design.

The Role:

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Design Health & Safety Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will advise clients and design teams on regulatory duties, assess design-stage risks, and ensure health & safety is embedded from project inception through to delivery.

You'll coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to identify and manage hazards, maintain risk registers and safety files, and support ongoing development of internal protocols. Attendance at design team meetings and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams will be central to the role.

Required Background:

  • 3+ years' experience in a construction safety role
  • Previous involvement in design coordination or advisory roles (e.g., PSDP, PSCS, EHS)
  • Knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and interpreting design drawings for H&S risks
  • Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Self-Driven and willingness to learn, adopting a 'can do' mentality and work ethic
