To provide fitness assessments and fitness /class training with new and existing members.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To teach a variety of Fitness classes such as Spin, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility and Aquafit.
- To devise training plans for new and existing members.
- To ensure maintenance of all gym equipment.
- To supervise and monitor the pool deck and changing room areas to ensure that all areas are kept in a safe and hygienic manner.
- To carry out Plant Room and Reception duties.
- To carry out cleaning duties of the facilities.
- To ensure that the highest standard of customer service is provided to all guests and members.
- To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests, and other persons on the premises.
- Professionally address customer complaints and communicate issues to management.
- To attend all training courses as notified to you by management
- To perform other duties as assigned to you by management to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Certified Fitness Instructor (required)
- Minimum of 1 years' experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and observant with a strong sense of integrity.
- Positive and Friendly attitude is a must.
- A strong work ethic.
- Proven dependability and reliability.
