Clerical Officer Panel (Grade III) (Permanent Wholetime Panel) (Reference: 262/2025)

The University is seeking to create panels from which Permanent & Temporaryvacancies at Clerical Officer Level will be filled as they arise across the University in Tallaght, Blanchardstown and City Campus (incl. Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Grangegorman) locations. Each panel will be in place for 12 months.

The Clerical Officer will participate as an effective team member and contribute towards the efficient operation of the relevant Department and the University.

Hours of Work:A 35-hour working week is in operation. This can be reviewed by collective agreement, with the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science. Having regard to the nature of the work, attendance outside these hours may be required from time-to-time.

Location: The successful candidate will be appointed to one of our TU Dublin locations, i.e. Blanchardstown, City or Tallaght campuses but may be reassigned at the discretion of TU Dublin.

Salary

The Clerical Officer (Grade III) Salary Scale is:

  • €30,811 €47,946 (New Entrants)

or
  • €32,969 €47,946 (Pre 2011)

Appointments will be made at the appropriate point on the appropriate scale.
