Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data models using modern data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake), ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and analytics goals.
  • Deploy and operationalise analytical models, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and integrated into business workflows.
  • Collaborate with finance teams, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that meet operational and strategic needs.
  • Design and implement intuitive Power BI reports and enhance with advanced analytics.
  • Build and maintain datasets that integrate SAP and non-SAP financial data sources, enabling seamless access for reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure metadata is accurately captured and maintained for lineage and governance.
  • Adhere to enterprise data standards and governance frameworks.
Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in data modelling and schema design, preferably within Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms.
  • 3+ years' experience in deploying and maintaining analytical models in production environments, including performance monitoring and model lifecycle management.
  • 3+ years' experience in data visualization in Power BI; skilled in leveraging DAX for scalable BI reports across large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of financial data structures and reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4, Ariba, and other finance-related data sources is a plus.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work remotely across time zones; team player who is dynamic and results-oriented.
Education
  • Degree in sciences or quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science) from a Tier-I institute. MBA/post-graduation will be preferred.
