Position: Full Time Deli Assistant

Donnybrook Fair Greystones is currently seeking a full-time Deli Assistant to join their team. The role requires working between Monday and Sunday, starting as early as 7am.

Role Overview

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the deli counter throughout the day and to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Food preparation and display setup
  2. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the deli
  3. Ensuring safe food handling and HACCP compliance
  4. Providing excellent customer service at all times
  5. Assisting customers with queries regarding deli products
  6. Maintaining attention to detail, organization, and flexibility
Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have or be:

  • Previous experience in a Deli or similar role (advantageous)
  • HACCP training (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A passion for food
  • Barista training (desirable but not essential)
