We are currently looking for Part-time Security to join our team in Cootehill, Co Cavan.
Working pattern: Monday to Sunday shifts, 24 hours per week.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide security services on client sites as required in line with client and company procedures, ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to at all times.
- Present for work at the designated time at the location required.
- Follow on-site security requirements including but not limited to internal and external patrols.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and footage.
- Control and monitor access.
- Search people and vehicles as required.
- Report any security events in the on-site log.
- Deal with emergency situations including alerts and evacuations.
- Establish perimeter and access control.
- Support emergency services.
- Complete onsite paperwork in a clear format adhering to all quality procedures from both a company and client perspective.
- Liaise with clients and their National Call Centre regarding any security issues or problems.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role.
- A good working knowledge of English.
- A knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices.
- Requirement to hold an active PSA license.
