Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for process, people, and digital transformation? Join a dynamic team as a Part-Time HR Administrator, and play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle while helping drive our client's digital-first HR vision.

About the Role

As a HR Administrator, you'll be the engine behind efficient HR operations. Working 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday mornings), you will provide hands-on administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and more.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a structured yet evolving environment and enjoys balancing day-to-day HR operations with the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process Coordination
  • Manage end-to-end workflows across onboarding, offboarding, probation, and performance processes.
  • Maintain employee records (digital and physical) via the HRIS.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements through automation or system enhancements.
  • Support the rollout of new HR technologies and tools.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, ATS updates, and candidate communications.
  • Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure a welcoming experience for new hires.
Training & Development
  • Assist in training needs analysis and track learning progress.
  • Coordinate internal training events and external learning opportunities.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with employment law and internal policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date, audit-ready records and support compliance reporting.
Payroll & Reporting
  • Assist with monthly payroll processes and address staff queries.
  • Generate HR reports and support data-driven decision-making.
HR Projects & Communications
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including employee surveys and policy updates.
  • Support effective internal communication of HR-related updates.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • A third-level qualification in HR or related discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience in HR administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting digital transformation or HR system implementations.
