What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, implement, and improve QEHS systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Irish & EU legislation and maintain statutory documentation
• Lead audits, site inspections, toolbox talks, and staff training
• Track non-conformances and drive corrective/preventive actions
• Manage equipment and vehicle safety programs
• Support project teams with risk assessments, method statements, and SOPs
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and suppliers to ensure standards are met

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, or similar
• 2+ years' experience in the construction, retrofit, or energy sector
• Knowledge of Public Works regulations and QEHS compliance in Ireland/EU
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QEHS systems
