We are currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Operator to work in our Logistics department at our site in Rathcoole, Dublin.

Responsibilities
  1. Receive and distribute shipments according to established SOP & procedures.
  2. Package materials according to standard operation procedure.
  3. Maintain dock and warehouse area in an orderly fashion as per SOP.
  4. Prepare, maintain and distribute appropriate documentation for all materials shipped. GDP compliant.
  5. Coordinate and perform courier pick-ups/deliveries as necessary.
  6. Perform all other related duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Ideally suited to someone who enjoys active, physical work and has some demonstrable track record of performance within a similar environment.

Structured working week full time 37.5 hours.

Job Qualifications
  1. Education: Leaving Certificate or higher.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years related experience.
  3. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  4. Other: Must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities; attention to detail, computer literacy; and the ability to interact appropriately at all levels.
  5. Ideally knowledge of electronic equipment, instrumentation and spare parts including experience of moving and handling in a safe manner.
  6. Ideally Awareness of supply chain processes and best practices.
  7. Ideally project experience or knowledge.

Annual Leave: All full-time employees receive 172.5 hours holiday per year (plus 10 bank holidays). In addition, a further 7.5hrs wellbeing time is also applicable.
