Are you ready to lead financial strategy at one of the world's largest medical device manufacturers?

I'm recruiting a Finance Manager for a global player in the Medical Device space, in this role you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial outcomes and driving strategic decision-making across the business.

This is a 15 month contract position and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a top tier medical device organisation as Finance Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead monthly financial reporting and executive-level reviews
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and operational support
  • Build and maintain complex financial models for strategic planning
  • Partner cross-functionally to align business strategy with financial performance
  • Contribute to key initiatives like budgeting, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, executive reporting, or financial systems
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, and BI tools
  • A collaborative leader with sharp analytical skills and business acumen
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or lean environment is a plus
