About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established, family-owned insurance brokerage based in Dublin, with a strong reputation for providing personalized insurance solutions to both SME and corporate clients.
Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Support Executive to join their expanding team.
Role Overview:
The Commercial Lines Support Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Sales and Account Management teams by handling administrative tasks, assisting with policy management, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial insurance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, issuance, and renewal of commercial insurance policies.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing prompt and accurate responses to queries regarding policies, claims, and documentation.
- Support the Commercial Sales team by preparing quotes, processing new business applications, and managing mid-term adjustments.
- Ensure that all client files and documentation are maintained in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist clients with the claims process, liaising with insurers and ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Underwriters, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service for clients.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a commercial insurance support role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including SME and corporate policies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
