Overview

Role Title: Retail Sales Consultant

Business Area: 01

About This Role: You will act as a company representative for Eir. Why This Role: We are looking for individuals with at least two years of experience who are customer focused and enjoy working as part of a team. A focus on sales and clear, concise communication is essential to be successful in this role. We aim to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Flexible availability for evenings and weekend trading.

Responsibilities
  • Understand customers' needs and provide them with a relevant mobile solution
  • Meet individual/team targets and objectives
  • Resolve customer issues/queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Assist store manager in duties
  • Administrative duties – stock control, cash management, data entry
  • Be aware of and implement current and new policies and procedures
  • Keep updated on Eir mobile/broadband packages vs. competitors
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: candidates must be able to confidently engage customers
  • Ability to communicate simply and clearly to convey trust
  • Interest in mobile phones
  • 0-2 years retail or sales experience desirable; relevant life experience considered
