Overview

Beauty Counter Consultant role at Primeline Group – Dublin City Centre Department Store (Arnott's).

Hours: 30 hours per week, 4/7.

Know the Role / Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and greet all customers and offer friendly, prompt and courteous service.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Interface with existing customer base, and follow up with all customer inquiries.
  • Inform customers of current promotions, events and services within the store.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and client goals and support the goals of the team.
  • Track individual weekly and monthly sales, obtaining Sales Goals from the Counter and Business Manager.
  • Conduct make-up applications, skin care analysis and product demonstrations with customers.
  • Maintain positive relationships in store with the brand team and store colleagues.
  • Communicate any merchandise and stock needs to the account Manager.
  • Ensure that all merchandise, testers and demonstration stations are maintained and set to company standard.
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
