Field Sales Representative

Location:Greater Dublin Area, Kildare and surrounding counties

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Green Isle Foods. This role is responsible for managing a defined territory across the Greater Dublin Area, Kildare and surrounding counties , focusing on both grocery and convenience store channels. The successful candidate will execute a 100% weekly journey plan, drive sales performance, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

●Manage and cover the assigned territory (Greater Dublin Area, Kildare and surrounding counties) in line with a 100% weekly journey plan

●Visit retail outlets, distributors, and supermarkets daily to promote and sell products

●Calls will cover both grocery and convenience retailers

●Achieve or exceed KPIs including sales targets, availability, distribution, and presell performance

●Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory

●Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

●Maximise product visibility and ensure full product distribution and availability in all stores

●Implement brand activation plans and customer planograms at the store level

●Deliver best-in-class promotional execution and in-store compliance

●Identify and capitalise on incremental sales opportunities within stores

●Report risks and provide actionable solutions to the line manager

●Monitor and report competitor activity promptly

●Accurately record KPI audits and store visit data using a tablet or PC

●Ensure optimal product placement and visibility on shelves according to company merchandising standards

●Monitor and replenish stock levels at retail outlets

●Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders

●Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities and consumer feedback

●Execute promotions, sampling, and display activities as directed by the marketing team

●Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory

Experience Required

●Previous experience in field sales, business-to-business (B2B), or FMCG sales

●Experience working in grocery and/or convenience retail is a strong advantage

●Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
