Overview

Paralegal - Dublin - (12 month FTC) at Browne Jacobson. Based in Dublin 2, Browne Jacobson Ireland LLP focuses on commercial disputes, investigations and IP, data protection and privacy, and corporate law including M&A and private equity. The role provides high-quality, proactive legal support to several lawyers in the Dublin Commercial Disputes Team, working on a wide variety of disputes including intellectual property, regulatory, product liability and shareholder/director disputes.

Role responsibilities
  • Provide legal and administrative support to lawyers in the Dublin Commercial Disputes Team.
  • Prepare essential court documents (booklets, briefs, filings) and attend court hearings in a supportive capacity.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft correspondence and legal documents.
What we are looking for
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management systems.
  • Proactive, professional approach to work with the ability to handle pressure in a demanding environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to build professional relationships.
Career development

Successful candidates may be considered for a Training Contract upon completion of their term, subject to review.
