We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Dublin. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.

Duties:

  1. Responsible for detailed schedule & capacity planning in the short-term horizon.
  2. Prepare and own the frozen manufacturing window.
  3. Facilitate weekly scheduling and capacity review meetings with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Process Development.
  4. Collaborate with site product planners to ensure supply to the market.
  5. Ensure feasible plans and release plans to manufacturing areas.
  6. Manage and monitor SAP / RR transactions to support production planning, capacity analysis, and procurement activities.
  7. Convert planned process orders to process orders and ensure feasible plans.
  8. Coordinate with warehouse departments to ensure component availability and shipment of materials to ensure market supply.
  9. Check component availability against short-term plans.
  10. Act on deviations from plans, such as running ahead or behind schedule, NCs, etc.
  11. Develop solutions to various problems to ensure stable supply.
  12. Plan and coordinate re-packaging activities (REDO) and scrap requests.
  13. Participate in and coordinate short-term improvement projects.
  14. Engage with Class A site processes related to KPI reporting and coordinate relevant actions.
  15. Create analyses to support projects or improvements and provide recommendations.
  16. Participate in and support the monthly planning cycle for all products, completing necessary activities related to the short-term window as required to support product planners.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of supply chain planning experience.
  • SAP ECC planning experience.
